Located right at the shore of Lake Weißensee, Ferienhof Obergasser und Bergblick offers comfortable and cosy rooms, apartments and holiday homes with south-facing balconies and fantastic views of the lake.
Surrounded by mighty mountains and flowering meadows, you can enjoy a very quiet location in a beautiful landscape.
In the 2 main buildings you can find a winter garden, a children’s playroom, table tennis, tabletop football and billiard facilities, as well as a spa area with several saunas and a Jacuzzi.
The 2 private swimming beaches at the lake can be used free of charge by all guests. Renting deck chairs, rowing boats, bicycles and mountain bikes is also free of charge.
In winter toboggans and ice stocks can be rented free of charge. The ski bus to the Weißensee cable car (1 km) and the Nassfeld Ski Arena (35 km) is also free. There are reductions for the in-house sailing and surfing school. From May 2009, Ferienhof Obergasser und Bergblick organises a weekly hike with a herbal theme.

Payment and cancelation conditions

Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 30 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.
Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome.
All children from 0 to 6 years are charged EUR 5.00 per night and person for extra beds.
All children from 7 to 14 years are charged EUR 10.00 per night and person for extra beds.
All older children or adults are charged EUR 15.00 per night and person for extra beds.
Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
Deposit Policy: No deposit will be charged.
VAT and city/tourist taxes: 10 % VAT is included.
Service charge is not applicable.
EUR 1.88 city/tourist tax per person per night is included.
Internet: Wired internet is available in public areas and costs EUR 1.00 per hour.
Meal Plan: Buffet breakfast is included in the room rate.
